Lamp Lighting Ceremony

The lamp lighting ceremony was hosted by KVM for Grade 10 & 12 students on 27-01-2017 Friday at the school Auditorium. The chief guest was Dr. P. Suresh Kumar and other dignitaries present were, the school correspondent & Trust members. The ceremony started with a Sanskrit chant. The school Principal Mrs. Geetha Raj welcomed the guests and addressed the gathering. The distinguished guests lit the Mother lamp. Students from grades 10 & 12 lit their lamps to enlighten themselves with knowledge. Head Boy ad Head Girl recited the oath and other students took the oath along with them. An inspiring speech was given by the Chief Guest. The School Correspondent wished the students for their Board Exams. The students of grade X and XII had contributed an Air cooler and a Podium as a gesture of gratitude towards the school. A school song was composed by the Grade XII students and it was sung by them. The ceremony came to an end with the National Anthem.
