UYIR CONNECT

Kikani in association with UYIR, had the privilege to host the UYIR CONNECT programme, an art exhibition on Road Safety. Students from twenty schools in an around Coimbatore exhibited their creations in alignment with the theme.

The event was presided by Mr Walter J Lindner, the German Ambassador to India. The event commenced by welcoming the distinguished guests with a band salute by the school team. Dr Rajasekharan, Managing trustee of UYIR and Chairman, Ganga hospitals welcomed the audience and briefed on the various initiatives of UYIR which was followed by a mime performed by students of Vav International. The guest then delivered his address and Mr Ramasamy, Trust member of Uyir and Chairman of ROOTS delivered the vote of thanks. The event came to a conclusion with the rendition of the national anthem.
