The Backward Design Approach, followed by Kikani Vidhya Mandir is very different from the traditional method of curriculum designing. In the Backward Design model, the teacher starts with the end, the desired results, defines the evidence of learning that will show that the end has been achieved and then arrives at the curriculum and the teaching needed to equip students to perform. It involves 3 stages.
