National Science Day 29-Feb-2016

An open assembly highlighting the importance of National Science Day was organized and hosted by Grade 7 & 8 students on 29th Feb 2016. Assembly started with a prayer by school choir, followed by the day’s thought and the News. A skit was presented by the students where in a science museum and a puppet show on life, achievements and contributions of scientists like Sir. C.V. Raman, Issac Newton, Marie Curie and Mendel were portrayed. Students displayed placards on various types of pollutions. An action song on Conserving Energy and how to balance environment was presented by the Nature Club students.

School Co-ordinator Mrs.Shyamala Valli. S addressed the students and appreciated the students and teachers for their effort. Assembly came to an end with the National Anthem.
