World Population & Hepatitis Day

“There is a huge population explosion around the globe. It is reported that every 12 years, another billion people are added to the globe’s population.” Keeping this in mind and also the arrival of the World Hepatitis Day on 28th July, Kikani Vidhya Mandir, provided perfect opportunity to the students of Grade IX A and VII A to conduct the assembly on “ World Population Day” and “ World Hepatitis Day”

The assembly started with the blessing of God through prayer. Then few students of class IX and VII shared thought for the day in three languages. A speech on “World Population Day” and “World Hepatitis Day” was delivered. The students expressed their deep concern and care for the healthy growth and safety of human race. They created awareness on the vaccination of Hepatitis and held pla card with slogans on creating awareness about the precaution to be taken to avoid Hepatitis.

Grade IX students showcased a drama on how to use the increasing manpower positively and develop our country. Grade VII students projected themselves as vaccination A, B, C, D and E and shared about the benefits of vaccinating. At last Quiz was also conducted.

The Co-ordinators of class VI – X Mrs. Shyamala Valli and Mrs. Jayalakshmi presided over the assembly.
