The ceremony aimed to empower and recognize the leadership potential of the elected students, fostering a sense of responsibility and dedication among them. The ceremony began with the introduction of various student leadership positions, including Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captain, Perfects, and Band Captains, each receiving a badge symbolizing their authority and responsibility. A key moment was when each student leader took an oath, committing to upholding the school’s values, demonstrating integrity, and serving as role models for their peers. This act symbolized their dedication to their leadership roles and their responsibility to the school community.
The event featured Shree Santhosh Radhakrishnan, Senior District Director of BNI India, as the Chief Guest, who emphasized the importance of leadership, integrity, and keeping promises. His inspiring words encouraged the student leaders to embrace their roles with enthusiasm and purpose.
Shri Tushar R. Kikani, the Correspondent, congratulated the student leaders, House Mistress, and Vice-Mistress, appreciating the meticulous election procedures followed in the school. He also commended the Principal and faculty for adopting the Sustainable Development Goals as the theme for each house, praising the active plans proposed by the respective houses. He applauded the pledge taken by each house on various aspects to save Mother Earth. He insisted that students hold onto “PHD” in life, which stands for Passion, Hunger, and Discipline.
The ceremony concluded with closing remarks, expressing gratitude to all student leaders, teachers, and staff for their support and involvement in making the event a success. The audience was reminded of the significance of leadership, responsibility, and dedication in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
