GREEN CAMPUS AWARD

The Greenest Campus Awards Ceremony took place on 3rd July 2024 at Brookefields Mall as part of the Brookefields Young Eco Buddy event. This event aimed to recognize and celebrate schools’ exemplary efforts in promoting environmental sustainability. Dignitaries from WWF, Siruthuli, Rotary Club of Coimbatore, and Suryan FM attended the ceremony, with the District Forest Officer (DFO) serving as the chief guest.

During the ceremony, awards were presented by the DFO, acknowledging the outstanding contributions of various schools in creating greener campuses. Kikani Vidhya Mandir was honored with the “Environment Sustainability Trailblazers Award” from Brookefields Eco Buddy Earth Champions. Additionally, Dani Savani, a Grade 3 student from Kikani Vidhya Mandir, secured third place in the Fancy Dress competition.

The Greenest Campus Awards Ceremony successfully highlighted the significant role of educational institutions in promoting sustainability and provided a platform to acknowledge and motivate schools to continue their valuable contributions towards a greener future.
