PONGAL CELEBRATION

Vibrance and fervor filled the air when the tiny tots of the KG wing of Kikani Vidya Mandir presented the pongal assembly. Rooted to our culture and tradition, the children came dressed up in Veshti Sattai and Pattu Paavadai. The colourful kolam and the backdrop added to their charm. Unmatched confidence was showcased by the tiny KIKANIANS.
Vocal and rhythmic talent enchanted the audience comprising of Principal Ma’am, Vice Principal Ma’am, AO Sir, Lead Teachers, Faculties and the students of Grade 1 – 12. The toddlers personified excellent oratory skills while delivering the speech right from welcome address to the vote of thanks. Children briefed on significance of the harvest festival.
Principal Mrs.Geeta Raj lauded the talent of the kids and the efforts put in by the faculties who played a vital role in laying a strong foundation. KIKANIANS along with all the faculties took up the wetland pledge recited by Mrs. Pradeepa, the Lead Teacher. The assembly came to an end with the national anthem.
