THINK WILD HACKATHON/IDEATHON- POSTER PRESENTATION COMPETITION

Think Wild Hackathon/Ideathon-2024, was organized by Tamilnadu Forest Department – Hosur Forest Division and State Planning Commission on 26th and 27th March 2024 at “Fort Campus – Sipcot phase II Hosur for school and college students as Poster Presentation Competition.

Students of Grade 6,8,12 participated, totally 11 of them as 3 teams, on the topic “COMMERCIAL UTILISATION OF LANTANA CAMARA, AN INVASIVE WEED”.

After attending the first day workshop on the same and Sustainable Environment, students presented their posters.
Our students Jai Samyuktha, Elakkiyan Radhakrishnan, Dharshini Ravi and Harish of Grade 12 won the FIRST PRIZE, a cash award from the IFOS, Wildlife Warden, Hosur Forest Division Mrs. Kartheyani.

The overall two day event, reinforces the belief that learning happens best even from outside classrooms. Kikani Vidhya Mandir takes immense pleasure to create scientific responsibility and aptitude and making them as extra ordinary global citizens.
