Report – Plant for Mother Earth

On July 9, 2024, the kindergarten students- beginners of the foundational Kikani Vidhya Mandir, whose little hands perform miracles, united their hands in a great tribute. These cheerful spirits prepared a celebration for Mother Earth—the profusion of life. Our school’s blossoming toddlers planted a sapling with their mothers to convey a powerful message, “Earth is our home, and each of us must coexist peacefully with the natural world” The children underlined that it is up to us all to preserve the environment and take care of all the local creatures. The campus resembled a garden with lovely flowers and a pleasant scent of the nature. To add extra essence to this beautiful day, all the plants have been named after their Mothers, resembling the personification of nature that highlights the life-giving and nurturing qualities. They also pledged to nurture the plants every morning. Let us also carry the message forward, our earth deserves our kindness and love. Let us all cherish it and enrich it.
