INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2023- 24

The Investiture Ceremony is a platform to showcase the leadership skills and abilities of the students and is the most prestigious ceremony in the schedule of school events. The Investiture Ceremony marks a significant beginning of the new academic year. The council prepares to don the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities entrusted to them by the school. A true leader works for a cause in the spirit of selfless service and not for applause. Let’s aim for the spirit of unity and collaboration in the school and community for greater dynamism and effectiveness.

Kikani Vidya Mandir Investiture Ceremony was a momentous event that celebrated the appointment of Student leaders who would serve as representatives and role models within the school community. The event was held at the prestigious Sarojini Nataraj Auditorium. The ceremony was aimed to empower and recognize the leadership potential of the selected students fostering a sense of responsibility and dedication among them.
The ceremony proceeded with the introduction of the various student leadership positions and their corresponding responsibilities. Positions such as Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captain, Perfects, and Band Captains were announced, highlighting the diverse range of leadership opportunities available at the school. Each student leader was presented with a badge, symbolizing their authority and responsibility.

A significant moment in the ceremony was when each student leader took an oath, pledging their commitment in upholding the values of the school, demonstrating integrity, and serving as role models for their peers. Dr. S. Geetha M.S., the esteemed Chief Guest, delivered an empowering address, emphasizing the importance of leadership in shaping the school’s culture and fostering a positive learning environment. Shri Tushar R. Kikani, the Correspondent, congratulated the student leaders, House Mistress and Vice- Mistress. He appreciated the meticulous election procedures followed in the school and urged the leaders to embrace their roles wholeheartedly.
