PCRA Saksham 2023 – IOCL in association with The Hindu in School
The choir group began the day with a prayer .Kamya of grade eleven gave a news item focused on the idea of energy conservation. Energy conservation was brought to light in order to reach net zero. Both speech and a PowerPoint presentation was delivered by Ms.R. Prathipa, PGT, Chemistry. Rithanya from grade six, Stuthi from grade eight, Priyadharshini from grade ten, and Pratiksha from grade twelve all provided some tips on energy conservation. Ms. Sathyakala, Wellness Staff then had all of the children take an Oath , which was followed by the National Anthem.

PETROLEUM CONSERVATION
Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), a society under the Ministry of Petroleum Natural Gas, with the help of public sector Oil and Gas companies organizes a one-month conservation campaign “Sanrakshan Kshamata Mahotsav (SAKSHAM)”. It is held to sensitize citizens about the need of fuel conservation for health and environmental protection, as well as to help India reduce its reliance on crude oil imports.As a part of the iniative, we Kikani Vidhya Mandir took up an awareness workshop for our students .
