SHADOW THE SCIENTISTS

‘Shadow the Scientist’ programme, is an ongoing programme of the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics, UC Santa Cruz, California. This innovative initiative allows school students to shadow astronomers and researchers, providing them hands-on scientific exposure. Grade 12 students attended the online session, where scientists discussed the significance of Supernova and how observations can unveil details about planets, nebulae and their atmospheres.
