Van Mahotsav Divas

“Trees are poems that the earth writes upon the sky”
An assembly on Van Mahotsav divas celebration was conducted by the Grade 7 students on 06.07.2023. The celebration started with the prayer song sung by choir students, followed by the thought for the day in English by Arya, followed by thirukkural by Gugan and thought in Hindi by Tanisha Jain. The importance and the significance of the Van Mahotsav divas was narrated by Joseph and Aryan.
A cheerful and melodious song and wonderful dance performance on Van Mahotsav Divas was given by the students.
A soulful plegde was taken to save trees and our Mother Earth.
The performance of all the students and the co-ordination was appreciated by Mrs Jayalakshmi, followed by vote of thanks by Nandhita.
Overall the Van Mahotsav divas celebration served as a wake – up call to the students.
